Project portfolio management

The Etapero portfolio gives a manager the picture across all active projects on one page: which goals are slipping, how projects are progressing, and where the red-zone risks and problems are.

No sign-up needed.

Portfolio: goals of several projects on one timeline, from baseline to forecast, with a “today” marker

Every project’s goals on one timeline

Each goal runs from its baseline date to its current forecast. When the forecast is later than the baseline the bar is red and shows how many days the goal has slipped; when earlier, how many days it is ahead.

A “Today” line shows at once which goals are close. You choose which projects to show, and clicking a goal opens its row in the project structure.

Project progress

Each project’s bar runs from its start to its last date; the fill is the share of work done and the colour is the RAG status. On the right are the charter fields: sponsor, project manager, business goal, scope and success criteria.

Blocking problems and key risks

  • Red-zone problems and risks of every project on bubble charts: across — days until due, up — score, size — schedule impact.
  • Below the charts, lists by project with owners, due dates and an “overdue by N days” mark.
  • Clicking a bubble or a row opens the record itself.

People across projects

  • Workload: every owner’s work across all projects on one timeline, with overlaps highlighted.
  • Leave schedule: who is away and when, with leave types and a working-day count.
