1. Who processes the data

The operator of personal data is Sergei Borisovich Gladkov, self-employed (professional income tax payer), Russian taxpayer number 773770491276, contact email: kelebrik@gmail.com (the Operator). This policy covers etapero.com, api.etapero.com, id.etapero.com and trial spaces at *.etapero.online (the Service). It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; the Russian version prevails.

2. What we process

• your email and name, given at sign-up or passed by Google when you sign in with Google;
• your account id, a one-way hash of your password, whether your email is confirmed;
• your space’s name and address and the dates it was created and used;
• what you and your colleagues put into the space, including invited users’ names and emails;
• technical data: IP address, request times, browser details — in server logs and the “I am not a robot” check.

3. Why

We send no marketing email.

• sign-up, sign-in, email confirmation, password recovery;
• providing and running the trial space;
• service letters: the space is ready, invitations, trial end and deletion warnings;
• protecting the Service from abuse.

4. Where it is stored and who it is shared with

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation (Timeweb Cloud: the database in Moscow, the application server in Saint Petersburg); each space has its own database, and a space’s application reaches only its own; only the Operator has administrative access. When a user invites a colleague, the colleague gets a letter naming the inviter and the space. Yandex.Cloud LLC sends our service letters (Postbox) and runs the robot check (SmartCaptcha). If you choose to sign in with Google, Google passes us your email and name at your request; we send no personal data to Google and make no cross-border transfers.

5. How long

• a trial space and all its data are deleted 14 read-only days after the 30-day trial ends, or earlier if nobody used it for 14 days;
• your sign-in account is kept until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it;
• a note that an email has used its trial is kept for 3 years;
• a sign-up request (email, name, IP address) — 2 days;
• server logs have a limited size: older entries are overwritten by newer ones, usually within a few weeks.

6. Your rights

Write to kelebrik@gmail.com from the email you signed up with to see, correct or delete your data or to withdraw consent. We answer within 10 business days.

7. Cookies

Spaces use only the cookies needed for sign-in and sessions. etapero.com may use web analytics with anonymous visit statistics.
